Warranty Disclaimer
• We are only responsible for the part(s) we replace for a 60 day limited lifetime warranty. Phone is inspected before return, and no extra issues with the phone will be covered. E.g. If a glass screen is replaced, and home button issues arise, when in possession of customer, we are only responsible for the glass screen. We do not warrant physical damage caused by the user after repair. Warranty becomes void if the user or a third party besides Techology Repair Services LLC attempts to repair the device.
• If you’re phone is opened by Techology Repair Services LLC for any repairs please know your coverage will be voided if you already have apple care or insurance through your cell phone provider.
Repair and Estimation Terms
• By placing an order for repair, estimation, or a free estimate service you certify that you are the devices rightful owner and that you agree and understand the following:
• Repairing or attempting repair on a phone can cause the device not to power on under certain circumstances.
• All repair work, attempts, and parts are non refundable.
• Any physical damage and or liquid damage is not covered under this warranty.
• Techology Repair Services LLC is not responsible for any data loss (and I assume the risk) for any data loss, data corruption or breach of data on my device returning service.
• Techology Repair Services LLC is not responsible for any further damage that may result from any estimation or repair attempt not conducted by Techology Repair Services LLC.
• A free repair estimate is only applicable if you choose to have the phone repaired or otherwise serviced, or if you do not want the phone back and request for it to be recycled.
All special orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
• Warranty does not apply if customer supplies parts or spares for repair.
• Water and liquid damage repairs may require additional replacement parts that will be quoted to the customer at time of liquid damage assessment.
Limitation of Liability
• Techology Repair Services LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Techology Repair Services LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
